Gray Layton Kersh has a robust and diverse litigation practice that melds the capabilities and experience of many larger firms with the personal rapport and one-on-one interaction of a smaller firm. In addition to practicing in both North and South Carolina state courts, several of our attorneys have a rigorous practice in the federal courts and in specialized state courts such as the North Carolina Business Court. Our firm also practices regularly before the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the North Carolina Supreme Court, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
