Daniel P. O’Shea
Dan's practice at Gray, Layton, Kersh, Solomon, Furr & Smith, P.A., encompasses multiple areas of civil litigation for individuals and businesses. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Dan worked for a large regional insurance defense firm in Charlotte and subsequently for a local Gastonia firm, primarily serving clients in the areas of workers' compensation defense and business litigation. Dan hails from Topsfield, Massachusetts, and has called Gastonia home since 2006.
